at the recreational level
At PEGA, we offer a vibrant and inclusive platform for recreational gymnastics that caters to children’s development from a young age. Our journey begins as early as 18 months, where toddlers can embark on an exciting adventure alongside their parents in our Parent-Tot classes. By the age of 3, children are ready to take their first independent steps into the world of gymnastics with our engaging preschool-level rec classes. As they hit the age of 5, a realm of possibilities unfolds, allowing them to progress into beginner, intermediate, or advanced rec levels, determined by a comprehensive skills assessment.
Our carefully crafted classes operate on a monthly, ongoing basis, ensuring a consistent and supportive learning environment. We take pride in providing co-ed sessions that foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, enhancing not only gymnastics skills but also overall body awareness, agility, and flexibility. Through a balanced blend of structured instruction and free-spirited activities, we strive to nurture a holistic foundation for physical well-being.
