Recreational Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes start
at the recreational level
Beginning at age 18 months kids can participate in our Parent-Tot classes, by age 3 can begin independent rec classes at the preschool level, and by age 5 can progress to beginner, intermediate or advanced rec levels based on a skills assessment. These classes run on a monthly, continual basis, are co-ed, and provide a foundation for gymnastics skills, as well as general body awareness, agility, flexibility, and activities of all kinds.

Parent & Tot Gymnastics
- 45 minutes
- 18 months - 3 1/2 years
- This is a caregiver participation class*
Toddlers enhance their social and gross motor development through weekly classes. Children get to crawl, walk, and bounce on different surfaces while exploring new activities throughout the gym.
Preschool Gymnastics
- 45 minutes
- 3 - 5 years old
- Students must be able to engage with the class without direct assistance from a caregiver
Children learn age-appropriate gymnastics skills incorporating vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Instructors assist the children through exciting and challenging activities which lead to motor and sensory skill development.
Beginner Gymnastics
- 60 minutes
- 5+ years old
- Complete the Beginner Skill Checklist.
- Skills Checklist
The next stage in skills development after Preschool Gymnastics. More emphasis is placed on the students’ ability to follow instructions and work as part of a group.
Intermediate Gymnastics
- 60 minutes
- 5+ years old
